Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Holibaba, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund (after deducting processing charges and non-refundable components).
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.
  • No show or early departure: No refund.

Note: Certain services such as flights, visas, and special accommodations may be non-refundable regardless of the notice period.

2. Cancellation by Holibaba

  • If we are forced to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), a full or partial refund or credit will be offered.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or flight cancellations.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or third-party charges are non-refundable.
